I love being there.
I love that I was willing to depart from the Source to stir things up.
I love admiring people.
I love not thinking.
I love being.

I've always had voices in my head since I was little and they were all different people. I'm conscious now that I created them in my loneliness due to my solitary upbringing.

For me they were completely normal until I started talking about them in secondary school. Obviously she - that's me - was strange! So I kept my stories to myself.

That period of my very young life has helped me tremendously in adulthood; my imagination is tremendous and prolific and am an excellent "thinker outside the box". And I certainly don't believe I'm nuts; just different.

Money is not the be-all and end-all of our existence. Sure we need it but it's just an energy that flows and evolves and grows when we are in harmony with Source.

This means that even when life sucks, suck it up and find one positive in the situation, then say Look how much I love myself. Magic phrase courtesy of the Magic Pill.

Distract yourself and concentrate on anything that feels good and get happy doing that. I know for a fact that miracles happen every day and every time we need and demand it, we get one. Trust it. Have faith. It is all about trusting your life to unfold perfectly.

Have you ever felt so fantastic-- so filled up with life-- that you just had to let out a huge wooooo hoooo! at the top of your lungs?  Well if not, you’ve got to take a minute to read this because that is the way I’ve been living lately.

I’ve been participating in one of the most powerful programmes to come around in years – it’s called The Prosperity Tribe.  Created by Kristin and David Morelli who are also founders of the radio show Everything is Energy.

The shifts that have been taking place in my life since March 2009 are simply amazing, and if I hadn't lived it myself, I wouldn't have believed it. From feeling lost, alone and desperate, and sinking under a load of debt, to smiling and hopeful and bright focussed on plans for the amazing future... it blows my mind.

Becoming spiritual is an everyday task. It's not meant for special times in your life when everything is weighing you down and suddenly you feel the need to talk to your God. Including activities and habits in your daily life that reconnect you to your Inner Being is the best gift you could give yourself.
I discovered a post by Wayne Dyer that covers this very subject - five ways to practise Being spiritual every day - get quiet, re-energize your surroundings, get back to nature, practice yoga, and practice mindfulness.  Here's my take on what he proposes:

My purpose in life is to speak my truth in my authentic voice, inspire others to do the same and share what I learn. I am on a journey of self-improvement and self empowerment to be the best that I can be.

I have run a successful small business, hopped continents for a living for 7 years, worked for huge corporations and organizations and swallowed a lot of shit. I fired my job 2 years ago and set up this blog in March 2009.  Suffice it to say that I'm having a helluva lot of fun now.

But things are still rough in one area. I've smashed through the barrier of my 3 false beliefs, fear of change, fear of failure and fear of success. Wallace D.Wattles would say fear of poverty and fear of change. But I'm still stuck because I haven't yet developed a new way of thinking.

Every country's population has a right to decent, affordable health care. And in my book, less is always more and prevention is the name of the game. Unfortunately this is not the case in the American health care system. 

And therein lies the problem. People go to the doctor or to the hospital because they're not feeling well and want relief.  Yet they drown in the health care system and end up six feet under instead of leaving better than when they entered those doors.

Whether it's from over-medication and mis-diagnosis or no diagnosis with a pithy "go home and die" prescription or an infection caught in a hospital. Yes, it's harsh and unfortunately it's more real than most would like to believe. It is not acceptable that 100,000 people die in hospitals every year from one or more of the 1.7 million illnesses they catch there.  That's just frigging terrifying!

Jack Canfield gives some wonderful advice about showing appreciation for yourself. It's something supposedly we're not supposed to do. But if we don't, who's going to give us that oh so important pat on the back?

Sure it's great for the ego when someone praises us. However, the truth is that we do not need it to feel fulfilled! So go ahead, give yourself permission to toot your own horn and don’t wait for another to praise you.
